Job Summary We are seeking a skilled professional to support our field service operations by implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud Field Service (OFS) software. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of OFS to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless field operations. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure OFS modules, including capacity management, activity scheduling, work order orchestration, and mobility experiences. Integrate OFS with other Oracle cloud applications via REST/SOAP APIs. Perform solution testing, UAT support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS). Strong understanding of OFS architecture, configuration frameworks, APIs, message scenarios, routing, and capacity planning.
