AWS/Security Networking Engineer (Senior/Lead) ID42040 Join our team as a Senior AWS/Security Networking Engineer and shape secure, scalable cloud networks that drive business impact. You’ll influence design decisions, optimize infrastructure, and collaborate across teams while gaining hands‑on experience with AWS and security. WHAT YOU WILL DO Design, implement, and optimize AWS networking solutions (VPC design, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, PrivateLink, Route 53, ALB/NLB, etc.) Define and enforce security standards in alignment with NIST and CIS benchmarks Conduct network and security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and drive remediation plans Support incident response and troubleshooting across the network and security stack Automate routine tasks using infrastructure‑as‑code and security‑as‑code best practices Partner with governance, risk, and compliance teams to maintain audit readiness MUST HAVES 3+ years of experience Certifications: AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty; AWS Security Specialty Networking expertise: core concepts (routing, DNS, firewalls, load balancers) and AWS networking constructs (VPCs, subnets, security groups, NACLs, transit gateway, etc.) Security expertise: strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and CIS benchmarks; hands‑on experience with AWS security services (IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, Security Hub, WAF, Shield, etc.); understanding of encryption, key management, and secure data flows Technical skills: proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform); familiarity with SIEM, intrusion detection/prevention, and vulnerability scanning tools English: upper‑intermediate level NICE TO HAVES Working knowledge of developing basic REST API services PERKS AND BENEFITS Professional growth: mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps Competitive compensation: competitive USD‑based salary and budgets for education, fitness, and team activities Selection of exciting projects: work on modern solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises and leading product brands Flextime: tailor your schedule for an optimal work‑life balance with options to work from home or office Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
