Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI Productivity Platform (Remote) About Us We're a small AI startup revolutionizing how professionals work by building cutting-edge productivity solutions that enterprises trust. The Role We're seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in building an enterprise-grade productivity platform for researchers and engineers. You'll work directly on production systems that power critical workflows for major enterprises. Key Responsibilities Build and deploy Next.Js applications integrated with AWS services Deploy Python backend services to AWS for production environments Develop user and data management features across the full stack Implement SOC 2 compliance requirements and security best practices Work with RAG systems and LLM integrations to deliver AI-powered features Collaborate on architecture decisions that scale to enterprise demands Technical Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience in production environments Strong experience with Next.Js and modern React patterns Proficiency in Python backend development Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, OpenSearch, etc.) Familiarity with Docker builds Understanding of vector databases and RAG architectures Experience with production deployments and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 preferred) Tech Stack Next.Js | Vercel | Python | AWS | Docker | Vector DBs | LLMs What We Offer Competitive Compensation: R$ 320,000 annually with clear path to R$ 500,000 after 8 months (based on company milestones) Flexible Remote Work: Work from anywhere with quarterly in-person team gatherings Cutting-Edge Technology: Direct work with production AI systems and latest LLM technologies High Impact: Shape core product features used by Fortune 500 companies Growth Opportunities: Professional development budget and learning opportunities Ready to Build the Future of Work?
