Why this role exists

As we grow, the Finance team needs to tighten monthly close and reporting processes while rolling out Gen-AI and automation projects that maximize efficiency and insight. You’ll work at the intersection of FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Data, identifying manual pain points and turning them into automated workflows that free the team to focus on strategic tasks.

Your challenges at Yuno
  • Redesign and automate finance workflows (FP&A, SP&A, Accounting, Tax, AR/AP) using Gen-AI, LLMs, and low-code tools
  • Identify and address efficiency gaps by analyzing current practices and challenging the status quo
  • Maintain reporting hygiene: build and sustain FP&A/SP&A dashboards, variance analyses, and board materials
  • Manage three financial statements
  • Continuously scout, test, and implement new technologies to enhance finance operations rapidly
  • Drive continuous improvement of the Finance backlog—assess ROI, organize agile workflows, and track post-implementation impact
  • Collaborate across departments on company-wide AI and efficiency initiatives
Skills required
  • 1-3 years experience in FP&A / SP&A or similar roles, preferably from consulting, banking, VC/PE, or fast-growing startups
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting; ability to partner with accounting teams
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets (advanced level)
  • Moderate to advanced experience with AI tools
  • Knowledge of SQL/BI; curiosity for Python, Looker/Power BI, NetSuite, or RPA is a plus
  • Experience automating tasks with ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
  • Growth mindset: analytical, adaptable, eager to learn in a fast-paced, global environment
