RESPONSIBILITIES

· Be the primary point of contact within the Operations team for in-depth analysis of performance and results indicators, reporting to the Operations Support Leader.

· Develop and maintain detailed analytical reports, dashboards, and breakdowns of key operational KPIs.

· Analyze macro-level financial and growth data provided to Operations, breaking it down to understand specific operational performance drivers. For example, analysis per team, is not executed by the Finance team.

· Identify trends, patterns, and insights from operational data to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

· Collaborate closely with Corporate Projects and Operations Projects areas to analyze data and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

· Generate ad-hoc analyses and reports to address specific operational questions and challenges.

· Present analytical findings and recommendations to the Operations Support Leader and other stakeholders clearly and concisely.

· Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to enhance operational performance and achieve targets.

· Work with various data sources and systems to extract and prepare data for analysis.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

· Proven experience in data analysis and generating actionable insights, preferably within an operations or business analytics context.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis 1 tools (e.g., Excel).

· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create clear and impactful presentations of findings.

· Understanding of KPI development and performance measurement methodologies.

MUST HAVE:

· Advanced proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel.

· Strong experience in working with and analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.

· Proven ability to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on generating insights.

· Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);

NICE TO HAVE:

· Experience with SQL or other database query languages

· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

· Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.

· Experience working with financial and growth-related data.
