Main Responsibilities Mobile Strategy Ownership : Define a dedicated mobile roadmap that prioritizes native capabilities and user context rather than adapting web features. Performance & Core Vitals : Obsess over app performance, driving initiatives to optimize load times, crash-free rates, and responsiveness for a premium user experience. Product-Led Growth (PLG) : Implement acquisition and retention loops, including referral systems, gamification, and smart push strategies. ASO & Discovery : contribute with the Marketing team in the App Store Optimization strategy to maximize organic visibility and conversion on iOS and Play Store. Delivery & Execution : Partner with our talented team of Flutter developers to refine processes and unleash their full potential, ensuring rapid delivery cycles without compromising on quality. Performance Obsession : Set the standard for app stability and speed. You will lead initiatives to optimize load times, responsiveness, and fluidity. UX / UI Mastery : Bring a critical eye to our interface. You will work with design to craft intuitive, seamless, and highly engaging user journeys that feel distinctly native. Experience & qualifications required Previous experience as Senior Product Manager with a proven track record in B2C or B2B Mobile Apps. Knowledge of Mobile Growth Stacks (Attribution, ASO, Retention Metrics). Strong command of mobile analytics (DAU / MAU, Stickiness, Churn) and data-driven decision-making. A keen eye for Product Design and mobile interaction patterns. Experience in iGaming, Fintech, or high-transaction consumer apps is a plus.
