Responsibilities Manage and Support ES B2B Pipeline System for LATAM Subsidiary (AO Module / Salesforce / New Plantopia, etc); Training Pipeline System for the New ES members of each LATAM subsidiary (In Spanish or in English); Monitor and Analyze the Sales and Pipeline performance of LATAM Subsidiary / Product (Daily / Weekly / Monthly); Monitor LATAM ES (SAC / RAC / Chiller) Market Share (Global One Number / Competitiveness); Set up Marketing Plan & Support Marketing Activities (Event) of LATAM Subsidiary; Manage ES Product Road Map of LATAM Subsidiary (with HQ Team); Operate LATAM ES Safety Stock (Export to other subsidiary for Short-term PJT, Located in Panama Colon Free zone); Operate and Organize Weekly Meeting with LATAM subsidiary (Pipeline Meeting / Task Meeting).
