ERP/SAP Change Management Expert

We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to lead an international ERP/SAP change project in Brazil.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement a unified change management strategy across the IT ecosystem, driving adoption and engagement through structured communications, training, and enablement plans.

  • Lead impact assessments, business readiness checks, and stakeholder engagement planning
  • Collaborate with technical leads, program managers, and senior stakeholders to align change milestones with deployment timelines

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, HR, or related field
  • Certification in Prosci, ACMP, or comparable change management methodology
  • Extensive experience leading change in large-scale IT programs, including ERP (SAP preferred)

This position offers flexibility with a hybrid remote work arrangement and opportunities for travel to Santa Catarina, Brazil. Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required. This is a contract/freelance opportunity.
