Senior Backend Developer

São Paulo Office - Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

We are looking for a Backend Developer who is aligned with the technological stack that we use. If you don't have a perfect match, don't worry, we value diverse knowledge and you will certainly learn a lot from our team.

Responsibilities and duties:

  1. Multidisciplinary teams focused on product;
  2. Agile methodology with TDD and BDD practices;
  3. Scalable architecture focused on microservices;
  4. Microservices written in Golang;
  5. Automated tests written in Python;
  6. Cloud-based Continuous Integration and Deployment;
  7. Cloud architecture automation;
  8. Data persistence;
  9. Immutable infrastructure with containers managed via container.

Requirements and qualifications:

  1. Contributions to open-source projects are a plus;
  2. Experience with distributed systems using GRPC, Rest, Messaging, and different protocols;
  3. Knowledge and experience with databases such as SQL Server, Firestore, DataStore, DynamoDB, Postgres, and MongoDB;
  4. Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform);
  5. Proficiency in Languages: Golang, Java, Node, and Python; Previous experience in teams using agile methodology;
  6. Experience in team structures with product (PO, PM, etc.);
  7. Knowledge and interest in the financial market.
