Overview Employer Industry: Medical Technology What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Generate new business sales and profits in a specific territory, committing to an annual sales budget Conduct personalized sales demonstrations for surgeons, operating room staff, and administration Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient account management post-sale Maintain and analyze territory records to organize and measure sales efforts Provide timely and constructive communications to management regarding sales activities and forecasts What is Required (Qualifications) Four-year college degree or equivalent Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience High level of technical and clinical product knowledge Strong organizational and communication skills Valid motor vehicle license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in capital equipment sales Proven negotiation and diplomacy skills Expertise in product application and practice management implications Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management software Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
