About The Job Provides advice to Sales and Real Estate teams about technical feasibility, timings, and cost of projects. Executes kick off meetings and site surveys, develops drawings, collects technical data, and provides briefing (initialization package) to the store planning team including legal and operational requirements. Collects and consolidates layout feedback from the parties (landlord, market, partner), aligning with concept guidelines and the approved budget. Follows up the defined time schedule to ensure each activity is organized and monitored in the appropriate sequence for construction and POP opening. Monitors the budget of each project to respect the initial approved amounts. Supervises external consultants and drives them to achieve the team goals. Performs handovers to the sales team, either personally or through external collaborators. Ensures the quality of the implementation and adherence with brand identity. Implements global maintenance procedures, manuals, guidelines, tools and policies to ensure local roll-out within defined KPIs in terms of quality and costs. Manages vendors (facilities service providers, warehouse, lighting supplier, etc). Performs regular audits to ensure the look & feel of distribution is according to the branding standards. About You Bachelor’s degree. 4+ years of professional experience in a similar role. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced English language proficiency. Intermediate Spanish language proficiency.
