Recruiter – Technician Hiring (Remote) A Hiring Group | Home Alliance Group Fully Remote | Full-Time U.S. PST Working Hours About the Company A Hiring Group is a U.S.-based recruitment agency operating under Home Alliance Group. We specialize in sourcing, retaining, and motivating top talent across multiple industries, supporting clients from early-stage startups to nationwide enterprises. Our work spans technical roles, field-service technicians, marketing, customer service, administrative, and executive placements. About the Role We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on sourcing and hiring technicians across multiple trades, including Appliance Repair, HVAC, Air Duct Cleaning, Plumbing, and Electrical. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and contribute to building strong client partnerships. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and prepare job descriptions Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales; internships or entry-level experience welcome Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus Willingness to work aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST) Compensation Base monthly pay to provide financial stability Performance-based bonuses for each successful hire High earning potential with no cap on bonuses What We Offer Fully remote work environment Professional development and career growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative team culture Exposure to international recruitment and diverse industries Long-term collaboration potential If you are a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter who enjoys working remotely in a performance-driven environment, we would be happy to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
