Tech Leader Mobile (Xamarin/MAUI) – Asaas – Home Office Responsabilidades e atribuições Orientar, motivar e desenvolver a equipe de Engenharia; Tomar decisões técnicas e atuar na resolução de problemas complexos; Manter os padrões e práticas estabelecidos na área, guiando a equipe a fim de transformar lógica de negócio em código de alta qualidade; Definir e implementar novas funcionalidades; Compreender e discutir os problemas e soluções propostas, buscando sempre a melhor solução técnica para os desafios encontrados; Repassar informações técnicas relevantes para o negócio para demais áreas e pessoas envolvidas no desenvolvimento de produtos e soluções (equipe, demais líderes, gerentes, stakeholders…); Revisar o código entregue pela equipe, fornecendo feedbacks; Orientar a equipe na divisão de grandes entregas em pequenas partes coesas; Monitorar a solução implementada em produção, avaliando erros, performance e disponibilidade; Acompanhar tendências de mercado, identificar oportunidades de inovação e orientar a equipe na adoção de soluções que impulsionem o crescimento e a competitividade da empresa; Colaborar com melhorias ou novos padrões na base de conhecimento da Engenharia. Requisitos e qualificações Experiência sólida mobile utilizando .NET MAUI/Xamarin Forms; Experiência com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum ou Kanban; Domínio do padrão arquitetural MVVM; Domínio no desenvolvimento nativo por meio de Handlers/Renderers; Conhecimento de Arquitetura de Software, princípios e padrões de projetos; Conhecer da estrutura de funcionamento das plataformas nativas, como versionamento, permissões, activities, viewControllers, fragments e afins; Habilidade de gerenciamento de conflitos, tomada de decisão, comunicação assertiva e visão estratégica. Diferenciais Ensino superior completo em Sistemas da Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas; Experiência com Java; Experiência em banco de dados MySQL; Experiência em criação e evolução de APIs Rest; Cursos voltados a Arquitetura de Soluções. Informações adicionais Carga horária de 8h por dia (segunda a sexta-feira – não compensamos os sábados); Contratação CLT. #J-18808-Ljbffr
