Ideal candidates will have a passion for guest service satisfaction and the restaurant industry. Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, have a great attitude, and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities include:
  • Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
  • Coordinating food orders for timely delivery
  • Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards
  • Meeting special guest requests while maintaining quality
  • Adjusting oven, grill, and other equipment temperatures
  • Measuring and mixing ingredients
  • Baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming foods
  • Adding seasonings during preparation
  • Testing foods for doneness
  • Carving meats and preparing servings
  • Preparing vegetables and fruits
  • Butchering and trimming meats and seafood
  • Must be at least 18 years old
