Employer Industry: Infrastructure Consulting and Renewable Energy Why consider this job opportunity Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely and/or from various Energy offices across the United States Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement savings plan Supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on customer service excellence Chance to lead groundbreaking renewable energy projects that positively impact communities What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage the design process from project basis of design through to deliverables, ensuring stakeholder coordination Supervise and mentor a team of project managers to enhance their development and job satisfaction Oversee project financials, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management Facilitate planning and kickoff meetings to align all project stakeholders Deliver projects in accordance with the employer's quality management system process What is Required (Qualifications) BS/BA degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience Proven project management experience in renewable engineering projects Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget Strong understanding of engineering design, interconnection, utility markets, and construction processes Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Professional Engineering Licensure (PE) 15+ years of relevant experience in project management of renewable energy projects Experience in collaborative model environments, such as Navisworks Proven success in managing large-scale, complex projects in fast-paced environments We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
