Channel Sales Manager – South America A‑SAFE GROUP Requirements Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Remote position open to candidates in South America. Must live within a short distance to a major international airport and be willing to travel extensively (60%+). Responsibilities Drive revenue by managing and growing the partner network across the region. Plan, implement, and execute a comprehensive partner program and channel sales strategy. Identify new growth areas; propose and manage programs and initiatives. Create and execute a strategic sales plan for revenue growth through partners. Recruit, develop, and manage new and existing channel partners. Qualify partnership opportunities and facilitate onboarding and enablement. Build A‑SAFE credibility, brand value, and trust with partners. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Partner/Channel Manager. Experience managing large‑scale relationships. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive business plans. Proven ability to enable, grow, and manage multiple channel partners while paying strict attention to detail. Experience in industrial manufacturing and contract manufacturing (DCs). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Compensation Exact compensation is dependent on circumstance and will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Eligibility to participate in the company commission program.
