We play a key role as a business partner in keeping our business on track based on RHI Magnesita culture and our economic-financial controls by monitoring performance indicators that brings value addition to our stakeholders.
A Global company is seeking a dynamic FP&A Business Partner Specialyst. The role is responsible for analysis, reporting and support with recomendations to the decision making of key partners in operations department. The Specialist must have exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Activities:
- Planning area workflows and bottlenecks and propose process optimization
- Propose and create new P&L perspectives, bringing business insights
- Support the operation's board of leaders in optimizing costs
- Serving as the finance business partner to the regional operations team
- Supporting analysis of complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Utilizing the company business intelligence (BI) tool and dashboard reports
- Developing financial models and analyzing them to support strategic initiatives
- Analyzing the current and past trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Developing and continually improving budget process, financial projections, and operational forecast
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting
- Presenting the monthly and quarterly financial reports to various individuals, teams, and management
Required knowledge and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Engineering
- Solid experience in Financial Planning and Analysis is required
- Fluent in English as you will work with colleagues around the globe
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and the ability to think creatively
