As a Business Intelligence Analyst , you will play a key role in developing our data-driven mindset, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing our data architecture. You will develop automations and dashboards to scale our business.

• Develop analytical dashboards in Power BI and enhance our Microsoft Fabric environment.
• Create automations to improve scalability, reviewing internal procedures for automation potential using Python, Power Automate, or other tools (e.g., Fabric Notebooks with Python, SparkSQL, PySpark).
• Handle extraction, transformation, and loading routines, and develop our OLAP environment and data warehouse (Fabric Warehouse).
• Develop queries and analyze data within the OLTP environment.
• Identify trends and insights within the company to inform management and add value through analytics dashboards.
• Create reports to monitor business effectiveness and track internal database metrics.
• Contribute to strategic planning by providing data-driven insights.
• Lead sales calls with international offices, providing commercial insights and analyzing sales databases for LATAM operational teams.

Requirements:

Soft skills and educational background:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluent English is essential (daily communication in English is required in our international team). Apply only if comfortable working in English.
• Advanced Spanish is a plus.
• Business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and guide team members.
• Motivated to work in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Hard Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in tools: Excel and Power BI (intermediate/advanced), Power Query (intermediate), Figma (intermediate).
• Knowledge of programming languages is a plus, such as Microsoft Fabric, Hubspot, Apollo, etc.
