**Posting Period**- From September 18, 2025to October 01, 2025**Country or region**- Brazil**Location**- May vary- Minas Gerais (MG)- São Paulo (SP)**Business Unit**- Plant Care**Department**- Administration**Entry date**- As soon as possible**Job Status**- Permanent - Full time**Minimal required work experience**- 1 to 3 years**Minimal education level required**- Bachelor's Degree**Work schedule**- 44h semanais**Salary**- To be determined**Benefits**- Competitive social benefits**IMPORT AND EXPORT ANALYST**:**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:Mission:Execute activities related to import and export processes, ensuring compliance with legal and customs regulations within the scope of Foreign Trade.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare and analyze documents related to import and export operations, such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, tax documents, and others;- Manage the flow of import and export requests, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements;- Ensure the flow of financial information necessary to guarantee the provisioning, payment, and financial closure of each process, working closely with the company's finance team;- Negotiate and communicate with internal partners, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure the proper execution of operations;- Create, develop, and analyze reports related to foreign trade operations;- Ensure the resolution of logístical and customs issues that may affect operations;- Maintain and oversee accurate and up-to-date records of all stages of the import and export process, from order creation to merchandise delivery;- Ensure compliance with requirements related to foreign trade processes, including customs issues and procedures;- Coordinate international logistics, ensuring efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of goods;- Analyze risks and opportunities associated with international operations and propose solutions to mitigate them;- Support leadership in administrative tasks, monitor and guide import/export assistants, and provide support on operational issues.**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:**Required**- Pursuing higher education in areas related to Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, and International Relations.- Intermediate English- General knowledge of Import and Export- Intermediate Office Package- General knowledge of Logistics**PERSONAL ABILITIES**:**Required**- Communication- Organization**ORGANIZATION**:Lallemand is a privately held Canadian company founded in the late 19th century, which develops, produces, and markets microorganisms for various markets.
