We’re currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The position is 100% remote and available to anyone self-driven, with the experience and capacity to contribute to our vision. • Take ownership of projects & new features, and be responsible for their overall quality.

• Work across teams & with customers to investigate and diagnose issues.

• Creating test plans for new products, and maintaining and expanding plans for existing products.

• Continuously analyze working processes; suggest and implement improvements.

• Document issues in our bug-tracking software, while communicating the issue effectively.

• Work with developers to help them understand, debug, and reproduce issues.

• Help us improve our test automation framework.

• Implement automated tests for new features and help to maintain our test automation suite.

• Assist with manual / regression testing & bug fix verification

• Monitor information channels to detect and report emergent issues.

• Provide non-functional quality feedback such as performance & UI/UX improvements.

• At least +4 years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance field.

• Strong experience using an automated testing framework, such as Cypress or Playwright.

• Strong experience with app and API testing.

• Comfortable working with CLIs and Git.

• Previous experience testing AI technology.

• Knowledge of working with CI/CD pipelines.

• Flexibility and willingness to tackle issues whenever they arise.

• A self-driven and proactive personality is essential – you will be given significant autonomy to tackle the challenges you’re given.

• A strong drive to learn – our products are complex, so an inquisitive nature, and a strong desire to acquire information is critical.

• A strong drive to experiment and discover knowledge independently, but also not afraid to ask questions where needed.
