Overview

Data Analyst role focused on ensuring data quality and accuracy, collaborating with the Account Manager's team and the Operations team in our Dallas office. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will support reliable stock and inventory data.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of stock data and inventory records
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data issues and ensure accuracy; present detailed reports on KPIs to management
  • Support the Account Manager's team and Operations team with data-driven insights
  • Assist in mapping current workflows and translating them into system functionalities
  • Support the development, testing, and documentation of internal automation tools and dashboards
  • Help manage inventory-related data pipelines and APIs
  • Work closely with the Head of IT and assist in the development of a long-term project
Qualifications
  • You have a degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are proficient in data analysis tools and software
  • You have strong communication skills and can effectively present data findings
  • You are detail-oriented and have a hands-on mentality
  • You are fluent in English
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in a logistics or operations environment
Nice to have
  • Curiosity about systems design and eager to learn the fundamentals of warehouse automation
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) or are willing to learn
  • You enjoy building tools that solve real operational problems
  • You can follow technical instructions and enjoy working closely with a mentor
