Job Title: M365 & IAM Engineer This is a high-level professional position focused on managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. The successful candidate will have expertise in implementing and maintaining Microsoft 365 security and compliance features. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support Microsoft 365 services to ensure optimal performance and security. Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance features to meet organizational requirements. Monitor service health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime. Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting to improve efficiency and productivity. Identity & Access Management (IAM): Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies. Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem applications to enhance security and user experience. Manage the lifecycle of user identities and access rights across systems to ensure data integrity and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory technologies, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT or related field, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure AD. Proven track record of implementing and maintaining complex IT systems. Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
