We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:Application specific solution consulting (SAP IBP and APO Implementation: creation of solution design, Implementation, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)Support in escalated projectsSupport in Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviewsSupport of pre-sales activitiesEXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leaderTakes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasksDetailed planning of process implementationDefine detailed solution design for development requirementsDevelop and Assure quality of process modelsDemonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and toolsAbility to engage in more than one project part-time in each oneAbility to build project proposal implementationsWORK EXPERIENCE:Functional ExperienceHas experience with minimum of 6 full cycle implementationsGood understanding of cross industry and specific planning business processesUnderstands the Business Process Library approach and is contributing to itDeep Knowledge in SAP IBP modules, IBP R&S Optimization will be considered as a differentialKnowledge in SAP S/4 Hana and SAP APO will be considered as differentialRegional experience will be considered as differentialManagerial Experience of a project teamActs as a coach for colleaguesEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:University degree or equivalent work experienceEnglish: Fluent Spanish: FluentTravel:Available to travel in Latin America**Bring out your best****We win with inclusion**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
