We are seeking a skilled English teacher with advanced Portuguese skills to join our team of online educators. As an online English teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons via Zoom from the comfort of your own home. With flexibility to set your own hours and teach on the go, this is an ideal opportunity for those who love teaching but want to minimize lesson prep and grading. Our teachers receive comprehensive lesson materials, allowing them to focus on what they do best - teaching A typical day for an online English teacher includes: Scheduled shifts two weeks in advance according to your availability The flexibility to drop shifts and pick up extra shifts as needed In addition to flexibility and autonomy, you'll also enjoy: Up to 30 hours of shifts available per week Opportunities to earn a competitive salary To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Be a native Portuguese speaker Hold a C1 or C2 Level English Speaker certification Have a university degree in English Teaching or a related field Possess one year of experience in teaching English as a foreign language Have access to a computer with a reliable internet connection (at least 2MB) Pass a criminal background check Be available to teach a minimum of 10 hours per week
