Contract LLM Trainer - Chinese Job Description: Create sophisticated conversations between users and AI assistants by designing realistic scenarios that simulate real-world interactions. Contribute to cutting-edge projects as a contract trainer for Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on training and improvement of these models in the Chinese language. Responsibilities: As a key team member, your primary responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing multi-turn conversations that follow established guidelines and formatting standards. Collaborating with peers and reviewers to ensure consistency and maintain high-quality output. Working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and iterating on dialogues based on feedback. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a technical or analytical field. Strong grasp of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), JSON, and logical reasoning. Native or professional proficiency in Chinese and strong written English skills. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI, or virtual assistants is a plus. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured guidelines.
