Job Description Spearhead the development and execution of large-scale projects, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders and business partners to drive project success. Collaborate with key infrastructure stakeholders to define project scope, interpret requirements, and prioritize deliverables. Lead teams in modernizing and transforming systems, ensuring timely completion of complex projects. Drive strategic decision-making, governance, and long-term vision for projects. Analyze divisional business requirements, translating them into technical deliverables as part of Executive Milestones (In/Out of Scope). Develop expert knowledge of platform systems and contribute to defining 'To Be' system solutions and flows. Understand infrastructure requirements and deployment of solutions across OnPrem and Cloud Computing service models. Analyze data to identify key insights and apply them to drive business growth. Cultivate coordination among teams to drive timely completion of large-scale projects. Manage project budgets, financials, and resource allocations to support project schedules. Define and provide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for assigned projects. Engage closely with stakeholders and vendors, providing regular communications to executive management. Troubleshoot complex issues or lead troubleshooting efforts. Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate possesses advanced English language skills, a Bachelor's degree, and solid experience in Project/Program Management. Experience managing merger and acquisition infrastructure and application integration or divestiture projects is preferred. Additionally, certifications like Project Management Professional and/or Certified Scrum Master are desirable. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
