Overview

Join our customer’s team as a Strategy & Planning Consultant and shape leading-edge solutions for complex business challenges. You will collaborate with global clients, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative research techniques to drive impactful recommendations. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple projects, broaden your expertise, and help advance the customer\'s renowned Strategy Insights and Planning function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement problem-solving frameworks to address clients’ strategic business challenges.
  • Structure, conduct, and analyze market and desk research to uncover actionable insights that inform client decision-making.
  • Design and execute custom analyses using tools such as Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
  • Synthesize research findings and communicate complex results clearly and effectively through both written reports and oral presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact for select project components.
  • Support program management by maintaining project plans, conducting routine status updates, and proactively mitigating risks and issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering skills development and contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PhD or Master’s degree with bachelor’s in a quantitative discipline (business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences); in lieu of PhD, 2-5 years’ relevant post-study professional experience will be considered.
  • Proven expertise in market research and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity, empathy, and audience-tailoring.
  • High motivation, work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
  • Acute attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to planning and task execution.
  • Demonstrated team leadership capabilities and a passion for mentoring.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior consulting experience in a dynamic, client-facing role.
  • Advanced skills in data analytics and the application of analytical tools to solve business problems.
  • Experience working on simultaneous projects within cross-functional teams.
