About the Role We're looking for a Human Resources Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a great employee experience. You'll support key HR processes from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and training helping us build a motivated and connected team. Main Responsibilities Support the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation. Support internal communication and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers. Requirements Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources. 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles. Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused mindset. Intermediate level of English (B1–B2).
