About This Opportunity To support our growth and expansion plans in Brazil, as a Sr. Supervisor, Credit & Collection, this position will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Credit Services & Customer Payment operations and routines, ensuring the appropriate controls and internal policy’s compliance. This position will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Responsibilities Leadership & influence skills, as this position will lead credit services and customer payment teams, including direct reports from Align and third-party management from external BPOs. Experience in Collections for both company entities (CNPJ) and individuals (CPF). Deliver credit and collection reports on time. Supervise the external collection agency (resources management and budget control). Supervise the credit bureau agency (management and budget control). Lead collection actions and conversations with strategic customers. Ensure timely and proper communication with Sales Team and other stakeholders. Possess good investigative skills backed by sound judgment. Lead the preparation of the Bad Debt Reserve ahead of quarter end. Contribute to continuous improvements and closing activities. Other financial projects as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 4-6 years of experience in credit & collection, including people management skills BS degree in finance administration, economy, accounting, or equivalent experience Familiarity and user experience with Protheus is desirable Excellent written, oral and communication skills to work with management and cross-functional groups from different countries English proficiency is desirable Problem solver, system oriented and strong analytical skills Detail-oriented with effective organizational and time management skills Conflict management, negotiation, ability to manage complex projects/issues Ability to work with several individuals and cross-functional projects Ability to work independently and be results oriented Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industries: Medical Equipment Manufacturing About AlignInvisalign clear aligners, iTero intraoral scanners, and OrthoCAD digital services that help dental professionals achieve the clinical results they expect and deliver effective, cutting-edge dental options to their patients.
