Logistics Coordinator

This role is accountable for ensuring seamless customer order and shipment execution, from confirmation to delivery.

  • Manage inbound & outbound logistics to guarantee on-time and in-full delivery.
  • Oversee the order-to-cash cycle: processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and managing invoicing.
  • Align demand, supply, and inventory with sales forecasts to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the liaison between Sales, Finance (external back-office), logistics partners, and customers.
  • Support billing, collections, and proactive customer engagement.
  • Report weekly KPIs (delivery performance, AR overdue, issue resolution).
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for scalability.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 4–7+ years of experience in logistics coordination, customer operations, or sales operations in a B2B setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing licensed import partners and 3PL providers, strong knowledge of electronic invoicing and commercial documentation in Brazil, proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM/partner portals, excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, and a customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
