It's named "Socrates" since it promotes the critical thinking approach to all information and encourages humanity to view the world critically. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Web3 Community & Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives and ambassador program in Brazil. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual with a passion for blockchain technology, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive impactful marketing strategies at the country level.

What Will You Do?

1. Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of brand ambassadors to promote our products and services within the Web3 and blockchain communities.
2. Develop and implement strategies to engage, motivate, and retain ambassadors, ensuring they are aligned with our brand vision and objectives.
3. Track and report on ambassador performance, providing feedback and support to optimize their impact.
4. Build and nurture a vibrant online and offline community of users, developers, and enthusiasts around our brand.
5. Organize and manage community events, meetups, and webinars to enhance brand presence and engagement.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and support, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
7. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns tailored to the local market, including digital, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
8. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
9. Collaborate with the global marketing team to align local campaigns with broader brand strategy and messaging.

What Are We Looking For?

1. At least 2 years of experience in marketing, community management, or a related role, preferably in the blockchain, fintech, or tech industry.
2. Fluent in English and solid experience in Taiwan market.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and community engagement strategies.
4. Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and decentralized communities.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with ambassadors, community members, and stakeholders.
6. Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
