Overview

SymphonyAI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Consultant based in Fortaleza, Brazil to join our Retail division. In this role, you will drive client success by managing key accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions. You will work with a talented team to help our retail clients optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives in an ever-evolving market landscape. Reporting to the Client Lead, this is a great opportunity to work with some of the largest retailers, CPGs and household panels in the Brazilian market. You will work with the client team as the insight champion, collaborating with brand managers, category management and sales managers daily. Your support will include utilizing and maintaining/supporting the SymphonyAI platform solution, generating insights and partnering with the retailer and CPGs to drive value from those insights. The ability to communicate effectively, work independently or with groups, and achieve optimal performance is essential.

What you will do
  • Develop a strong understanding of Symphony Category Management Suite and its interaction with other reporting tools, Assortment and Planogram software, CRM, promotions, and the Customer Decision Tree
  • Strong understanding of Household Panels analysis and metrics
  • Support all identified customer strategies as defined by the client
  • Input, track and ensure fulfilment of client project requests, such as category review processes, product and customer clustering
  • Assist in team and user training as needed
  • Devise analytical approaches that leverage CMS capabilities to interpret and assemble data to develop actionable solutions, make recommendations and create action plans
  • Research and resolve data or technical issues for the retail client as needed
  • Manage workflow for Managers and Associate Managers of Category insights
  • Participate in development of Best Practices, training, and reference materials
  • Contribute to quality control and validation of all reporting and troubleshooting data and software issues as needed
  • Actively participate in and assist with preparations for team and client meetings as requested
  • Support, train and coach client and CPG commercial managers with Customer Insights for better planning and negotiations
What you will bring to SymphonyAI
  • 6-7 years relevant experience in retail or CPG industry related roles
  • Fluent in Portuguese, with some knowledge of English required
  • Ability to develop productive and professional client relationships
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Must be detail and quality oriented
  • High technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel (high proficiency required), Word, and PowerPoint
