Project Manager

Cognizant Technology Solutions is a North American IT multinational company based in New Jersey which has been in Brazil since 2009 with offices in São Paulo, Curitiba. **Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the commercial and clinical operations domains.
- Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks or issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project alignment with their goals.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure their success.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
**Qualifications**
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Project Management and CE-Project Management.
- Must have strong domain experience in Clinical Operations.
- Should possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have experience in managing project budgets and resources.
- Must be able to develop and maintain project documentation.
- Should have strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Should have experience in client management and ensuring project alignment with client goals.
- Must be able to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Should have experience in facilitating project meetings and ensuring effective communication.
- Must be able to provide guidance and support to project team members.
- Should have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
**Certifications Required**
PMP Certification PRINCE2 Certification
