The results we achieve are highly visible to our leadership team and we are recognized for our work and promoted accordingly.What will be your responsibilities?As a Technology Engineer, you will be part of our IT Deployment team, supporting mission critical applications for various projects around the globe.Oracle DBA support.Installing and Deployment of NC products.Environment support for NC products.Troubleshooting NC products.Incident, Problem management and ownership of the issues until resolution. Handling Trouble tickets raised by the Users.Analyze deployment issues and provide effective resolutions.Need to work with multiple teams like Development, QA and Performance, Production Support teams.Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.Flexible to learn new things as required to support.Schedule meetings and report deployment status to management on regular basis.Experience & Requirements:
Min. 5 years of experience in related fieldShould have knowledge in deployment & troubleshooting Oracle DBA related issues.Candidate should have Knowledge on Oracle DBA.Candidate should have knowledge on Linux & UNIX environments.Candidate should have Knowledge in Shell scripting.Weblogic/JBOSS administration added advantage.Telecom domain knowledge added advantage.Cassandra DBA added advantage.Postgres DBA added advantage.Cloud technologies added advantage.Container based technologies added advantage.Verbal Communication.Ability to conduct in-depth research.Availability to work from office on Hybrid modeEducation:
