Main responsibilities
  • Atuar no controle e protocolo de documentos junto ao Registro Aeronáutico Brasileiro (RAB), ANAC, cartórios no geral, incluindo o Registro de Títulos e Documentos, Receita Federal e DECEA;
  • Gerenciar o fluxo de procurações e demais documentos, mantendo controles internos atualizados;
  • Realizar contato direto com tradutores juramentados, despachantes, analistas e agentes regulatórios para solicitação, acompanhamento e esclarecimento de demandas documentais;
  • Apoiar na organização e arquivamento de documentação em banco de dados interno;
  • Elaborar e atualizar planilhas e relatórios de acompanhamento relacionados a registros, autorizações, frota e prazos de validade de documentos;
  • Emissão de certidões relativas a aeronaves e motores;
  • Auxiliar na condução de processos de matrícula e registro junto ao RAB;
  • Executar rotinas administrativas e operacionais inerentes às atividades de registro e compliance no setor aéreo.
Requirements and skills
  • Necessário formação em nível superior completo ou cursando em Direito, Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;
  • Pacote Office;
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente;
  • Desejável conhecimento em documentação jurídica, como contratos, licenças, alvarás, certidões etc.;
  • Será um diferencial ter experiência em empresas ou escritórios atuantes no setor aéreo e contato prévio com o Registro Aeronáutico Brasileiro.
