You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with business stakeholders to run data validation tests, align technical and business teams, and deliver impactful analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Partner with business units to gather data requirements, translate them into models, and deliver actionable dashboards and reports. Run data validation and user acceptance tests directly with business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and usability. Perform data quality assessments, anomaly detection, cleansing, and enrichment processes. Maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and business glossaries. Define and enforce data standards, lineage, ownership, and integrity constraints. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stewards to build and monitor data governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and internal data policies. Identify opportunities for automation in data quality control and governance. Present insights in a clear, concise and impactful manner – both to technical and non‑technical audiences. Support impact analysis, data lineage tracing, and root cause investigations when needed. Who You Are 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, BI, or Data Stewardship roles. Strong SQL and Python skills (Pandas, NumPy). Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar. Experience with data governance tools like Collibra, Alation, Talend DQ, or Informatica is a strong plus. Solid understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and analytics pipelines. Knowledge of data privacy, lifecycle management, and data security principles. Comfortable working with large datasets and translating raw data into clear business insights.
