Financial Operations Specialist We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent financial management skills, be proficient in purchasing processes, and have experience with billing and operational routines. Main Responsibilities: Execute the department's operational routines, focusing on purchasing processes and administrative activities; Control and organize financial demands, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurate; Manage the entire purchasing process, from request to receipt and expense recording; Conduct price quotations and manage supplier control, ensuring compliance with internal procedures; Handle payment control, financial entries, and reconciliations; Prepare and update performance reports and financial indicators; Maintain organization and proper filing of financial documents; Requirements: English fluency is mandatory; Bachelor's degree preferred (fields related to Administration, Finance, or Accounting); Previous experience with financial routines, especially billing and operational processes; Organized, detail-oriented profile with strong ownership; Reside in Belo Horizonte.
