**Role Description**: As our Acquisition Product Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Product and play a pivotal role in enhancing our market reach and optimizing customer acquisition across international arenas. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Roadmap Development**: Own the acquisition and CRO product roadmap, spearheading the growth and effectiveness of this vital business function.
- **Innovative Experimentation**: Define and lead experiments, leveraging data to drive continuous optimization and innovation in customer acquisition.
- **Collaborative Leadership**: Serve as the primary liaison for marketing and acquisition teams, understanding and leveraging marketing technologies and channels to boost performance.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate across departments to refine product requirements, support development requests, and facilitate new initiatives aimed at market expansion.
- **Analytical Excellence**: Analyze market data to identify opportunities for new features and improvements, ensuring decisions are backed by solid business value assessments.
- **Agile Management**: Efficiently manage and prioritize the product backlog, guiding the development team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- **Proven Industry Expertise**: Must have a solid background in the gaming industry with specific experience in product acquisition and/or CRO.
