As a social enterprise, we reinvest a majority of our profits in our growth and continued pursuit of our mission and vision. _**_Position Overview-**:- As a Senior Consultant, you’ll work with a diverse global team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that transform the ability of social sector organizations to collect, manage, and use their data. _- You’ll be a key member of our project teams, working with Solutions Architect and other consultants to design, configure and support the rollout of Salesforce systems for our clients working in the social sector. Consultants are involved throughout the entirety of a project’s life cycle — discovery and design, platform configuration (including mobile data collection tool configuration), and training/rollout. Consultants may travel to client locations to facilitate discovery and design workshops or conduct trainings. _- At Vera, you will join a team of passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, all dedicated to improving the way social impact organizations operate. We’re a self-motivated, creative group, and we emphasize collaboration, flexibility, and professionalism. _**_Primary Responsibilities: _**- _Facilitate discovery sessions and gather business requirements _- _In partnership with the Solution Architect, design solution proposals and collaborate with clients to build implementation plans _- _Configure, test and deploy high-quality systems _- _Deliver client training _- _Support clients in other relevant project delivery areas e.g. technical documentation, data migration etc. _- _Research new technologies, methodologies, and tools relevant to nonprofits and NGOs with public health, education, poverty alleviation, and other international development focus areas _- _Contribute to Vera’s learning environment by coaching junior staff**_Qualifications and Experience _****_Essential: _**:- _6+ years professional experience, especially in technology, the social sector or consulting _- _Experience with Salesforce or other cloud relational database systems; preferably configuration experience _- _4 or more Salesforce certifications (including Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification) _- _Bachelor’s degree or equivalent _- _Previous people management experience _- _Consensus builder who is fantastic at fostering relationships, generating buy-in from multiple stakeholders for proposed solutions, and building trust _- _Curiosity and problem-solving skills _- _Strong aptitude for using technology and data _- _Excellent written and verbal communication and relational skills _- _Ability to carry tasks forward independently or ask for help along the way _- _Meticulousness, punctuality, and outstanding attention to detail _**_Preferred: _**- _Advanced degree _- _Business analysis experience _- _Significant experience with data analysis software (Example - Power BI, Stata etc.). _- _Awareness of core social sector concepts such as Grant Management, Impact Measurement, Fundraising etc. _**_Compensation & Benefits _**:- Vera Solutions offers competitive compensation (including benefits), commensurate with experience and cost of living. _**_Paid Time Off _**:- 48 days of paid leave each year, including local and company-wide holidays and a December break. _**_Health Care _**:- Vera is passionate about supporting the health of you and your family.
