We are seeking a seasoned Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, fostering trust, and promoting collaborative improvement within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Organizing team meetings, tracking key performance indicators, managing tools like Zenoti and Shopify, coordinating marketing initiatives, and ensuring the founder's priorities are aligned. Coordinating internal operations, maintaining trackers and summary reports, and implementing process optimization frameworks. Supporting the founder's calendar, meetings, and priorities, as well as communicating with clients as needed. To be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of seven years of experience in Executive Support, Operations, or Integrator roles, ideally supporting C-level or Founder Executives. Experience supporting a Founder or Executive in a Salon, Spa, Aesthetic, or Wellness brand, particularly in fast-paced, multi-business environments. Mastery of English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional tone and neutral accent for both internal coordination and client correspondence.
