This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Treasury or Back Office functions within financial institutions, and a solid background in end-to-end automation initiatives.What You’ll DoDesign and implement end-to-end automation solutions using RPA toolsAnalyze existing Treasury and Back Office processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.Develop, test, and deploy robust RPA workflows, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operationsWork closely with business stakeholders, IT, and product teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and ensure that automated solutions align with accounting rules, financial product structures, and reconciliation procedures.Ensure scalability, maintainability, and continuous improvementMonitor automation performance and proactively identify areas for optimization. Maintain documentation, implement version control, and contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives.Must-Have QualificationsProven experience in process automation using RPA tools (e. G., Ui Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)Solid understanding of process automation principles in financial environmentsTechnical proficiency in RPA platforms: development, deployment, and maintenanceSolid experience with Treasury and Back Office operations in financial institutionsStrong understanding of accounting, transactional reconciliations, and financial product frameworksFull stack development skills with Spring Boot, Java, Angular, HTML/CSS, Java Script, Type ScriptExperience with unit testing tools (JUnit, Mockito) and version control practicesStrong analytical skills and ability to propose effective automation strategiesAdvanced English or Spanish (written and spoken)Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and IT teamsNice to HaveExperience in developing new Treasury products or automating financial instrumentsMarket certifications such as CFA or other relevant credentialsFamiliarity with reactive frameworks (Web Flux), Web Components, or reactive socketsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA)Spanish proficiency (B1+) is a plusAcademic BackgroundDegree in Information Technology, Process Engineering, or related fields.What We OfferWork in a dynamic, international environment with global mobility opportunitiesContinuous learning, official certifications, and language classesPersonalized career development plan with mentorship and merit-based growthExposure to cutting-edge technologies and innovative projectsCLT contract benefits:Competitive salary and flexible compensation modelHealth & dental insuranceLife insuranceMeal voucher - VR - R$ 800,00Transportation allowanceInternal initiatives: sports, trips, and corporate eventsLocation:São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)Learn more about us: nfq.
