SAC Planning Expert – Mondelēz International We’re looking for a SAC Planning Expert to lead the planning and execution of software and applications, manage an internal team, and partner with external suppliers to deliver the right solutions that meet our business goals. You will support regional and global software and application strategies, contribute to financial planning and controls, and drive cost efficiencies. Responsibilities Oversee the planning and execution of software and applications. Manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers. Support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies. Provide input to financial planning and controls for software and applications at regional and global level. Collaborate with management and follow up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments. Explore opportunities to leverage scale, drive savings, and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are achieved. Lead the maintenance, governance, and enhancements of SAP Analytics Cloud planning and reporting applications. Lead an in-house team of SAP Analytics Cloud developers for break‑fixes, enhancements, report and dashboard developments, SAC security, and system improvements. Assess impact of system upgrades and conduct efficient regression testing for SAC. Partner with global and regional FP&A teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical design documents. Act as a SAP Analytics Cloud subject matter expert to support the end‑to‑end project lifecycle. Modernise FP&A processes by providing relevant, agile & innovative solutions using latest techniques & tools. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud in consumer goods or consulting industry. Experience with 2-3 implementations with SAC Planning. Strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and reporting. University degree in IT (academic background in finance is a plus). English language proficiency. No relocation support available. Experience managing staff and line responsibilities. Experience managing large‑scale software and application services. Experience in service delivery, support and excellence. Program/Project management experience managing multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules and quality. General technical background. Understanding of integration and how different applications talk to each other. Process and service orientation. Business processes.
