Understands the user journey, map user pain points and feedback into roadmapsDefine and analyze metrics to guide product development and business performanceOwn product development roadmap for Coinbase in Latin America: (i) ensure customers have high quality product experience in their key user journeys; (ii) build features or services that tackle market specific opportunities; (iii) lead product initiatives to drive user acquisition or engagement; (iv) make sure the Coinbase product comply with local regulatory requirements.Run experiments to improve performance on key user journeys. Leverage data to continuously optimize product featuresPartner closely with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to develop and execute on the regional product roadmapAlign teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision.Communicate progress on initiatives to cross-functional partners and executive leadershipWhat we look for in you (ie. job requirements):Solid product management experience in B2C products, preferably in top tier crypto, fintechs or payments companiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.Experience with SQL, experiment design, and being data drivenExperience taking products from conception to launchExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams spread in different geographies.Ability to influence and shape strategic decisions/discussionsHands on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase missionStay updated on market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.Working proficiency in English and Portuguese, including ability to conduct business in the language.Nice to haves:Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services (expertise not a prerequisite but willingness to learn and enthusiasm essential)Experience building products in Latin AmericaExperience with management consulting or strategy and operations roles in high-growth tech companiesSpanish speakerCommitment to Equal Opportunity
