In this role, you will leverage your extensive product management experience to handle complex products, make strategic decisions, and contribute to the product vision. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing the lifecycle and strategic development of products, aligning with business goals.
  2. Mentoring junior product owners and team members in Agile methodologies.
  3. Driving product vision, roadmap, and stakeholder communication.
  4. Making critical decisions on product features, direction, and priorities.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet market demands and financial targets.
  6. Evaluating product performance and user feedback for continuous improvement.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • At least 5 years of successful product management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile practices and mentoring skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills for market and user feedback analysis.
  • Leadership in guiding product strategy and addressing customer needs.
  • Experience managing complex products effectively.
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
