Site Managers – Interior Fit-Out Experts for High-End Projects in KSA & UAEALEC FITOUT, a division of ALEC Holdings and part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), is a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across luxury hospitality, cultural, and themed entertainment sectors. We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.ALEC FITOUT is seeking a Site Manager who will lead the execution of fit-out works on-site from planning and progress monitoring to quality assurance, HSE compliance, and subcontractor coordination. You’ll ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of luxury interiors in collaboration with project stakeholders.Please note that this role may be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located either in Saudi Arabia (KSA) or United Arab Emirates, (UAE).The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.Your Role:
Lead the on-site execution of interior fit-out works from start to handover.Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to maintain schedule and quality.Oversee daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting.Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client expectations.Manage subcontractor performance and support variation/claim documentation.Mentor and guide the construction team to maintain a high-performance culture.What You’ll Need:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.10+ years' construction experience, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out.Expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential).Strong leadership and coordination skills on fast-paced interior sites.Deep understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes.Fluent in EnglishCore Technical Skills:
