Partner Patricia Ellen Da Silva is a Sytemiq Managing Partner, LATAM. Before joining us, She served as Secretary of Economic Development, Science, and Technology for the State of São Paulo. During her mandate, the São Paulo economy grew five faster than the Brazilian average, and the state concluded three of the biggest carbon-neutral private investments in the country's history. From her time in government, Patricia also brings a proud record of developing inclusive teams of Black and female leaders. She also led São Paulo's Covid-19 crisis taskforce.

As a Systems Change Senior Associate for Urban projects in LATAM, you will work on various projects, providing solutions in the multi-discipline urban planning and design environment, to effective integrate nature into urban decision making,creating high-quality urban environments where communities can thrive.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the management of projects in the planning, budget, monitor and report on the various project. Ensure project plans are sound, report regularly on progress and monitor to ensure that the execution within the approved budget and schedule.
- Build understanding among professionals and practioners from local govenments, academia, financial institutions, private sector and civil society about using sustainable finance, circular economy/materials and nature to address urban challenges.
- Increase capacity across urban planner, financers and development decision makers to understand concepts related to nature based solutions, sustainable finance, and ecosystem services in the context of overcoming urban challenges.
- Demonstrate the potential of urban ecosystem planning to provide consistent and regular information on the state of urban nature, and the benefits it provides that our clients need to integrate into their planning.

- Business international level of English (required) and Portuguese - both written and oral
