CrunchEquation is a managed-services partner for iGaming brands. We unite VIP, CRM, customer support, marketing, compliance, and operations to deliver premium player experiences and sustainable growth.

We’re hiring a VIP Account Manager to nurture and grow high-value player relationships across sportsbook and casino. You’ll deliver white-glove, compliant service, manage tailored offers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to lift retention, NGR, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of VIP and VIP-prospect players, provide proactive, personalized outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-app.
  • Build long-term trust and advocacy, resolve issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to increase activity and share of wallet through tailored incentives and experiences.
  • Execute reactivation and save plays based on churn-risk signals and lifecycle stage.
  • Propose and deliver individualized offers within guardrails; track ROI and bonus cost/NGR.
  • Coordinate hospitality (events, gifts, travel) with clear approvals and post-event reporting.
  • Assist with deposits/withdrawals to maximize approval and speed; coordinate escalations with Payments/Fraud.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline, and activity logs.
  • Work with CRM on VIP campaigns and content; feedback product/localization needs.
  • Align with CS on service SLAs and with BI on cohort dashboards.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in iGaming account management, VIP hosting, or high-touch customer success (sportsbook and/or casino).
  • Evidence of growing VIP revenue/retention while operating within RG and compliance standards.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator; confident handling sensitive conversations and escalations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-savvy (comfortable with KPI dashboards, cohort views, and basic Excel/Sheets).
  • Hands-on with CRM/comms tools (e.g., Optimove/FastTrack/Salesforce; email/SMS/WhatsApp platforms); familiarity with payments/fraud tools is a plus.
  • Fluent Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of Responsible Gaming, AML/KYC/EDD, and GDPR principles.
