Role Description We are looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead our local activities in Brazil. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands‑on approach to operational management. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support the performance of the local operational team. Manage and oversee the daily work of local service providers (ISPs). Communicate with clients: resolve incidents, clarify needs, collect feedback to improve processes and product quality. Contribute to planning and monitor achievement of financial KPIs. Requirements Legal residence in Brazil (Brazilian passport or valid residence permit). Fluency in Portuguese and English or Russian (mandatory). Proven experience in project management and team leadership. Full‑time schedule with flexibility required (24/7 operations environment).
