Global Demand Planner Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Global Demand Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supply chain management and be proficient in data analysis and forecasting. This is a permanent position located at our São Paulo office. Job Description The Global Demand Planner plays a critical role in leading the demand planning process across regions and business units. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining accurate global demand forecasts. Leveraging historical sales data, market trends, and business intelligence to refine forecasts. Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of the demand plan with financial targets and strategic objectives. Acting as a key user for ERP and demand planning systems, supporting enhancements, testing, and best practice adoption. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). Solid experience in demand planning, preferably in multinational environments. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Availability to travel.
