Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner - Clinical/Nursing (On‑Site) Department: Human Resources Position Overview: The Sr Talent Acquisition Partner leads recruitment initiatives to secure top clinical and nursing talent for OU Health. The role acts as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, candidates, and the Talent Acquisition team, implementing sourcing strategies, managing job postings, ensuring high‑quality candidate selection, and calculating job offers. Essential Responsibilities Execute day‑to‑day hiring process: create candidate pipelines, attract and secure top talent, facilitate interviews, gather hiring manager feedback, and extend offers. Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience that reflects OU Health’s brand, culture, and growth. Create and implement recruitment strategies using market knowledge, internal & external media, advanced sourcing techniques, and emerging technology to attract diverse and qualified talent for hard‑to‑fill and time‑sensitive roles. Build relationships with local colleges, attend conferences, and network to develop candidate pipelines. Collaborate closely with other Sr TA Partners and TA Managers to align and coordinate across teams. Stay informed on recruitment trends, market developments, strategic strategies, and competition in healthcare. Lead recruitment for higher‑level positions and departments. Establish a collaborative approach with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to clarify expectations, processes, and business needs, and provide regular updates. Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, professional development activities, and SLA/KPI reviews to improve results and share market insights. Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate status in the applicant tracking system to comply with company policies and federal/state employment laws. General Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience: 5 years of professional recruitment experience; healthcare recruitment strongly preferred. Licenses/Certifications: SHRM‑SCP, SHRM‑CP, SPHR, PHR, or other approved relevant certification required at the time of hire or attainment within 12 months. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Broad experience recruiting multiple skill sets and job functions. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday preferred. Self‑motivated, self‑starter who works well under pressure. Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and manage a high volume of requisitions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Technologically savvy; proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
